You can install any maps App you like anyway, and /e/OS mainly caters to a not so tech-savvy target audience, so /e/OS comes with a maps App, just like other OSes do, from which /e/OS tries to draw the users away to itself, so there shouldn’t be too much amiss when moving to /e/OS.
