Like others before me, I get frequent notifications that my cloud storage is nearly full. I have disabled all synchronisation, but I still get the notifications. So I want to free some space. I think the space is taken mostly by pictures and files which were uploaded automatically to the cloud. Is there an easy way to delete all pictures and files from the cloud storage without deleting them from my phone? So far the only thing I have found is the Workspace app on my phone, it runs in a browser, is quite slow and does not allow to delete a directory, pictures have to be selected one by one. I also did not find a way to run that app in a browser on my desktop computer.
My questions are the following:
- is there a way to manage the cloud storage from a browser on a desktop computer?
- is there a way to delete all pictures or all files at once without having to select them one by one? [edit I found a way to do that, for files, with the file manager within the Workspace app]
- if the 8 synchronisation items for that account are unselected on my phone, can I trust that the pictures and files will not disappear from my phone when I delete them from the Workspace cloud storage?
