Matched map: LOCAL_BL_FROM

Hello,

I am trying to send an email from my account and I get the following error:

Matched map: LOCAL_BL_FROM.

I have tried from my cell phone, from the web application, and from Thunderbird, but the result is the same.

I have checked the settings (https://autodiscover.e.email/) and everything is correct.

I know there are answers to this in the forum, such as the following: 554 5.7.1 Matched map : LOCAL_BL_FROM

But in my case, the last message I sent was on January 5, and today is February 22, so I don’t think I’ve exceeded the message limit for an account.

If anyone can help me with this, I would appreciate it, because although I receive emails, I am unable to send them!
