I have an account on the mblty charging app. Now I want to use it on my e/os phone (Motorola Moto G82, e/os 4.2, Android 16), but it’s not working.
To log in, you have to enter your phone number and should receive a text message with a confirmation code. Instead, I get an error message saying that something went wrong.
What can I do?

logs could explain the reason - I guess that it’s due to playintegrity: to determine if you’re a bot a verdict is run, comes back negative → no SMS.
You can raise the integrity level by having a relocked device (read up first on rollback protection and if your device can do it) and a Google Account tethered to it. But kind of defeats the purpose of using a non-playstore device.

Delocking is no option, I think. I don’t want to brick my phone.
How can I install that fix to get basic integrity? I’m new here.
