Messages in date order?

How do I set the text message app, so it shows messages in date order (newest first)?

Probably should be working like this as default. What eOS / Message version you are using?

That has always been the default for any SMS app I have ever used. Anything new that comes in will be at the top.

I don’t see any threading options in the default messaging app that would change that.

Using latest e/OS. I have 2 devices, one works fine the other seems somewhat random of date order. Anyway, I have downloaded SimpleTools text messenger and made that default and it works fine.
