Migrate contacts from other NextCloud account

I have an existing NextCloud account at another provider. How can I migrate my contacts from there into the /e/ account (would rather not be syncing two accounts on the device). Can’t find an export/import button in the NextCloud web interface.

I do not have admin access.

On the existing Nextcloud, click on:

  1. Contacts
  2. Settings
  3. Dots
  4. Download (you’ll end up with a.vcf file)

On the new Nextcloud, click on:

  1. Contacts
  2. Import Contacts

Done!

  1. Stop syncing the existing Nextcloud contacts.

  2. Export to vcf file in the Contacts app.

  3. Set up the new Nextcloud account and enable sync.

  4. Import the vcf file into the Contacts app. It will ask you which account you want to add the data to. Choose the new Nextcloud account.
