Migrate existing self-hosted NextCloud to eCloud

I’ve been looking without much success for a guide to transform my existing self-hosted NextCloud instance into a full eCloud. Any pointers? (Or at least a document that list all the difference…)

You want transform (upgrade) your own hosted NC yo and edrive?

Mhm, I don’t know if that will work.

I would go this way:
Creating a new edrive on the server
Than I would migrate my ‘old’ data from one ‘server’ to the other. How you can swap data from.one server to another is described in.NC docu

Thanks for your answer! I might do that as a last resort, but I was wondering how difficult it would be to simply use my existing NC.

Is there a documentation somewhere that explain the exact difference between the e.cloud and a vanilla NextCloud install?

No, there is no docu about the difference.
I think the only difference is the ‘one login for email and nextcloud’
That means, after the bug us solved, you can add your own hosted edrive as an e account and it will automatic create an account in email app.
And the layout is changed to edrive colors. But that’s it.
