Migrate from Google Drive

Hello,

I just created an Murena account prior to install /e/os (20GB suscription). I used the tool to import my Google Drive data to NextCloud. It quickly imported 35% of my data (around 480MB) and for several days now, it is very slow. It does connect once a day, and upload some very small files but it is still stuck at 35%. Is it normal?

I have been in a similar spot: migrating from OneDrive to a NextCloud instance. And then, too, the inporttool got stuck at 30-ish%.

Murena’s space is built on NextCloud, so I presume the same solution could work: rclone. They will have a detailed guide how to set it up for Google and NextCloud.

As a Customer you should probably report this here Contact Us (scroll to the bottom). There is the possibility of a delay in response time but clearly this is not the desired behaviour.
