Can you use the casting feature with Windows’ Wireless Display app?
There is also an option “enable wireless display” under screencast → settings → ⋮, but this doesn’t seem to have any effect.

That’s an ADB thing right? No way to get Miracast to work cross-OS at the moment?
How about Chrome Remote Desktop with the Windows app?
