missing some fdroid apps?

Hi, I used fdroid with my old LAOS / microg phone for some years, now I migrated to a FP6 with murena.

I’m confused that for some reason some of the official build apps (meshtastic, träweling) aren’t listed in the App Lounge?
As there is no note why they aren’t available, I assumed it’s because of any blacklisting, but why? And can I force an app store that claims to list (all) fdroid apps to show them all to me?

App Lounge installs v7a versions on v8a, why?

upfront: better use the fdroid client. /e/ AppLounge goes through its cousin intermediary cleanapk API for fdroid packages (more for historical reasons - it used to channel playstore apks through that API too before going to playstore directly. Have a opinion there but usually threads just derail on that topic). Now if cleanapk doesn’t catalog more than one arch, you’ll get the one existing - being the arm v7a package - as with all your examples, there wasnt a v8a in the api response (how?) C…

They are at my place. The search function does not always work properly.

Try search with com.geeksville.mesh or de.hbch.traewelling.

Hello @FPatze, welcome to the /e/ forum. /e/OS is not perfect but it lives to an extent from the user feedback.
AppLounge unites the repositories from Google Play and F-Droid. But indeed, the 2 apps you mentioned, they do not come up when searching in AppLounge.

Why don’t you open an issue in the backlog for /e/OS, notifying the problem - it is basically the to-do-list for the developer team: Issues · e / Backlog · GitLab
