I have a problem sending MMS messages on the Plus GSM network in Poland. Samsung S9 phone and the latest E.OS update. I am trying to download the configuration from the operator, but it cannot be saved. At least I do not have such information in the text message. Manual configuration does not work either. Any suggestions?

If i remember well, in → settings → network, you need to turn off “wifi” and “data” to enable “MMS without data on”.

Are you saying that APN cannot be saved ?
If this is the problem, I suggest it is better to use the + at the top of the page, rather than to edit an entry.
You probably should have a good wifi connection while creating the new APN in case the carrier will be testing your entry is valid before allowing save, thus you cannot save the APN part done. The Save button is hidden in top right 3 dot menu.
I configured the APN manually. It seems to be working now. All I had to do was check the option that piero indicated.
