I recently factory reset-ed my phone (FP3+ running on the latest version of /e/OS) and have been experiencing an issue with the sending and reception of MMS since. I had to change the APN from my provider (French provider Bouygues) a bit according to the settings they provide over here to even have mobile data. Mobile data themselves now work, but I just…never get (or send) any mms no matter what I do.
The problem is exactly the same as the one described here :https://community.e.foundation/t/mms-reception-issue-on-fp3-fp3-in-france/23584/24 but nothing described in this topic worked this time around and the topic is closed so I couldn’t reply directly on it.
I had the issue a few years back, and said issue was resolved with a later update of /e/OS, but now it’s back and I have the latest version so I obviously can’t “solve” it the same way. Any idea ?
Did I forget something in the APN settings, maybe ? I have trouble finding where to put the two settings the provider calls “MCC” and “MNC” into the APN’s setting screen, does this have anything to do with the issue, maybe ? (I’m not very good at those things)

But this is the official settings provided by the provider and the only other ones I could find are these and they still mention “MCC” and they’re dated from 05/2026 so reasonably up to date.
You can usually confirm which MCC and MNC identifiers are in use by dialing the hidden advanced info code *#*#4636#*#* (*#*#INFO#*#*) and selecting “Phone information.” Scroll all the way to the bottom and look at “All Cell Measurement Info.” (It may not always be displayed, but often it is.)
Thanks for the answer ! (Taking note of the useful code) but sadly my “All cell measurements info” is completly blank, so I can’t check if the problem comes from a wrong code
