Mobile data automaticly

I realized that my phone enables mobile data automaticly sometimes. How can I disable that? I don’t want to use it unless I specificly turn it on and not have any data wasted on background stuff I don’t care about

You can turn that off in your Settings. Roughly under Network… -> Data Usage. Should be a mobile data toggle in that section.
