At the time of writing this, there has been an official lineageos build, which was is now no longer maintained. You can still download the lineageos for microG build, and with root access you can also add App Lounge and a system-wide adblocker like AdAway. But I agree, I would also really like to have /e/ os on the moto g30.
Update: DON’T INSTALL THE LINEAGE BUILD, OR YOUR PHONE WILL GET HARD-BRICKED!

There is an unofficial /e/ os build (see: community.e.foundation/t/unofficial-build-motorola-moto-g30-caprip-for-e-os-t/52780 ) installing the build like lineage will hard brick. You have two options: either extract the partitions with payload-dumper-go and flash the partitions manually or install the copy-partitions.zip and the rom zip in twrp (do not adb sideload), then reboot to inactive slot. If it sais no valid operating system could be found, run fastboot flash partition gpt.bin and fastboot set_active in the bootloader .
