I was curious what roms are available - there’s lineage unofficial and some other roms that do official builds for ali - https://forum.xda-developers.com/c/moto-g6.7635/
I don’t know to what extent a device can be considered maintained with roms outside Lineage. If the official releases do regular kernel imports from the vendor than I guess yes (if kernel public?). It’s easy if lineage goes official as consideration went into it, I have no knowledge on crDroid conventions

I have downloaded the lineage 19.1 zip file, but I’m not sure what to do with it. I am guessing there is a step by step manual buried in these links, but I am somewhat green to this area. Running off Linux Lite laptop. Can you point me in the right direction? Thx.
