I have access to a new Moto One 5G Ace. Unfortunately, it appears to be model XT2113-1, while I see the supported models are XT2113-[2-5].
Perhaps this has no answer, but is it worth attempting to load /e/OS on this model? I’m hoping the supported models doesn’t mean XT2113-1 won’t work, but rather, it wasn’t tested.
I also see MPN MOTXT21131, XT2113-5s, XT21131VS with this phone. Is XT2113-5s different then XT2113-5?

Firstly one would only think of trying an install if the device codename was exactly identical, https://community.e.foundation/t/howto-find-device-codename/3066 , you can also use an app like Device info HW to confirm this.
The info page https://doc.e.foundation/devices/kiev mentions
Moto G 5G
Motorola One 5G Ace
Further research neeeded, but this comparison (XT2113-1 vs XT2113-2) shows up as: https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=10577&idPhone2=10671 suggests that the first was an “early model”, check the launch date. Much of the significant hardware was the same.
Again https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=10577&idPhone2=10671 suggests an “Early version”.
In each case the “early model” seems to have been available as 128GB 2GB RAM.
Other diffs “early model” include
microSDXC (uses shared SIM slot)
FM radio, RDS
Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by)
It might be worth further checking whether the SIM diff could be a blocker.
Edit The lineage device info page for kiev
draws attention to the variants, https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/kiev/ and there the supported devices list is limited to XT2113-3 and XT2113-2. The maintainers are mentioned on those pages, maybe you would find them on https://xdaforums.com/tags/kiev/ … or try a question here https://www.reddit.com/r/LineageOS/
