Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE- Lineage OS code name XT897, available on LineageOS here https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/xt897 however the lineageOS build for it is NOT maintained. It natively runs android 4.0 up to 4.1.2.
There don’t seem to be any devices listed for /e/ that have physical keyboards, the Motorola Photon Q would bring a physical qwerty sliding phone option to those wanting to run /e/ as a primary OS.
