Multiple levels of undo - file version control

Hi, there was a topic for this but it was closed. It directed me to e Foundation’s Gitlab Enterprise but I could not log in or create an account. So that’s why I’m posting this topic again.

I am using Murena Workspace to collaborate with other activists on a project. There is a lot of co-authoring of files, and I need to be able to restore back to previous versions - but there is only one level of undo for files!!! This is a massive limitation - are there any plans to fix this (NextCloud can do multiple versions of files)? Happy for it to be behind a paywall, but not there at all is not acceptable.

Or perhaps in the business version? When is that being released?

I don’t know if it would still be helpful for you to sign on to Gitlab…I also don’t know your time horizon for this feature to happen (if at all) but it would probably be faster to subscribe to a hoster which is already supporting this…or perhaps try helpdesk.
