Murena Account not reflecting a subscription but charged anyway

In May 2025 I requested my Murena Cloud storage to be cancelled. Various back and forth and even a CREDIT CARD NUMBER CHANGE has not stopped the monthly charges.

I just got charged again.

In my Murena account page it shows “You have no active subscriptions”

So what am I missing?

Why can’t my request be fulfilled after 4-5 months of asking? And why do i continue to be charged?

The invoice emails have a link for the subscription ID, when i click that, it asks me to log in, which I do, and it goes to the same “You have no active subscriptions”.

How can I finally put a stop to this?
