I can’t believe no else is having murena cloud authentication issues for backups, accessing password app, syncing mail app. This start after I turned in for the night and continues so far today.
I can logon to murena workspace okay and my mail is up to date in the web app, I can logon and access the web password app just not on this device. Everything works fine on my Volla tablet with the same murena account. Just not on my phone.
I have a problem that i get a message that my login/password are incorrect on my Pixel 8 on which i myself have put /e/OS. If i remove and re-add my murena account it works again and syncs my drive. After about 2 days i get the message that my login an password are wrong again. I feel like this happened after the 4.1.1 update. Is this the problem you are having too?
I do have problems with webcal and authentication at times. It seems like I get logged out on the phone and I have to log in again, by pressing the login button under settings - accounts.
Synchronisation has worked mostly. Passwords synced without error but no passwords show. They are there I can see them in the workspace app and on my tablet in the settings app. Just not in my phone settings password app. So nearly back to normal. Thanks for all the suggestions and help.
I’ve got the same problem. Tried to remove and login to my Murena.io account a couple of times now, but after a few hours I got get the same fault coming back: authentication failed.
Same issue with my wife’s phone. We are using the same Murena account, syncing calender and contacts. Both using latest official versions of e/OS, both on fp5 Fairphone 5.
The solution marked as solution isn’t helping for us and I see no link with the suggested mail Auth2.0 error thread. Does anyone also has this issue?
As soon as I find an explanation myself, I will report it here.
Yes, you can. This shouldnt be the problem. My wife and I use the same account to sync our shared calendars for a couple of years now. Now, since a week or two (lastest version of the OS?) we experience this “authentication failed” message.
