Murena Drive doesn't sync

I use e/os 3.7.1 on a Fairphone gen 6. I bought it from Murena.

I started with the standard 1 GB Murena Workspace. After adding 85 GB of .AAC music files to the phone it started syncing with the cloud. It obviously stopped when it reached the 1 GB storage limit.

I then upgraded to 128 GB.

But I cannot get it to sync or refresh.

How do I solve this?

I have looked through settings on both the phone and using the webinterface on my computer.

is the 128 GB quota shown in the user widget already and it still doesn’t sync? (swipe to the left)

Yes. The 128 GB are already shown and yet it still doesn’t sync.

But now I’ve changed a few things so I don’t need the sync right now. But it’s still odd.

attaching the phone to a charger and rebooting triggers events that should make the device sync.

(if that doesn’t help either, you could play with resetting sync state of eDrive via its App cache. In eDrives storage is the sqlite database that keeps track of state. While you can reset that too, it would re-download or re-push things it disabled sync before on)
