Whatever phone you use, you need an RJ45/C-usb adapter. Then if mobile network switched off and the adapter with twisted pair connected to the phone it just works.
I bought DELL adapter up to 2.5 GBps for £25 but there are cheaper ones on eBay with slower speed provided.
GS6 connects to wi-fi but WPA2 profile needed with e/OS.
Mobile network should work fine.
The memory card slot is under battery cover you need to lift to insert the memory card up to 1TB.
Thank you very much Grzecel for your answer.
I would’nt have thought about the memory card slot under battery. With little screwdrivers is it easy to access ?
And which e/Os phone as a SD-Card ?
And thanks also for the WPA2 profile needed for Wifi.
I think your answer means that the GS6 works with Ethernet.
With my old phone, I already use an RJ45/USB-C adapter, but not every phone has the soft and hardware for Ethernet use. Do you know which Murena phone os e/OS driven phone or other freephone can be used with ethernet ? I am electro sensitif.
So I only need the answer to the SAR mesures.
To open the battery cover and access the memory card slot Gigaset provides a plastic tool which you use to lift the cover. It is a bit of an old style set up but normally you put the card in and forget about it
Literally every modern phone should work with ethernet connected via adapter and I checked that GS6 Pro is not an exception.
Well, referring to: “The Murena Helpdesk isn’t responding to me, since it’s only available to paying customers. I’ll pay once I get the answers.” It sounds more like a Fairphone attitude They are useless gits…
In fact I think a few months ago I actually had some Murena agent’s apologising that email contact was mainly for registered users and referred me to the forum but still gave me an answer to my specific query in all honesty. Fair play.
I have no idea as I’ve never bothered to lock my phones. I find it a waste of time when accessing them
In all honesty, also, it’s my first custom ROM handset. Before, on google riddled phones one wouldn’t have known where my biometrics potentially ‘travelled’ to…
I’m sorry I can’t answer your question but I’m just not using that sensor. Old habits die hard and I don’t want to place my biometrics where they don’t necessarily need to be.
All the Best!
P.S. In this post @csi just said would get GS6 anytime now:
