Murena.io email authentication timeout

Using /e/OS murenacloud

Hello there,

I tried just right now to access my murena.io emails and the eos mail app kept itself in a loading loop. So I tried the webmail version and there I get a authentification timeout. Are mails currently down or is it just me?

hi, i would create an account in the Using /e/OS > murenacloud on my Fairphone 6. Gen. the app is also called Murena Workspace, i was asked for an e- ID, how to become that? or is the e- ID from Settings> about the phone> e- ID number meant? i hope for any suggestion in this threat! on an other channel, Iā€™ve read thatā€™s the sandbox for non Foss apps, is this the truth? when iā€™m installing non free apps from the App Lounge i see a bold A in the notification bar, afterwards (the installation process) i see the Workspace icon in the notification bar. the app icon looks like a cloud symbol & i donā€™t know how it works! if you found any solution for this behavior, that would be very helpful, sorry for my bad english, friendly regards, mic

Me too! And with backup. Quite annoying, these constant abruptions in system functions.

Firstly there may be murenacloud-issues ā† this is a hashtag which points to other threads. Checking status with Murena Cloud services over the weekend (when I had minor issues) I see only 98 - 99% performance. Hopefully it will resolve in the working week.

Have requested the infra team to check mail servers

The team has put in some fixes. Let me know if issues still exist with email send receive both on device and on webmail. Share details of what exactly is not working so I can take it up with the team.

seems to be working again. i will keep the murenacloud-issues tag and murenacloud-status page in my mind next time. thank you very much.
