Murena.io mail error LOCAL_BL_FROM

Hi!

I can’t send any messages. It worked for a while but later on after configuring Delta Chat with murena.io account I get an error like this: LOCAL_BL_FROM

Right now I can’t send anything via web or Delta chat.

Could the admins please fix my account?

I can’t even send an email to helpdesk from the webmail as it also rejects sending but without any errors

it’s an outgoing sending rate limit that you can hit quickly when smtp is used as Chat (quick back-and-forth).

Short follow-up on this: I contacted the /e/ helpdesk and they helped me out smoothly! The problem was that I apparently had surpassed the rate limit for sending emails from my account. For reference, these limits are 20 per hour and 100 per day at the time of writing. I assume I sent out an email to a group of people without using a mailing list, so the number of 20 per hour was easily reached in that case.
