subscription not recognized - no syncing since more than a month


Since more than a month my Murena subscription is not recognized anymore.
All syncing has stopped as the server believes I am entitled to only 1 GB while I’m paying for 128 GB.

The support knows the issue and tells me that somebody is working on this.
But weeks pass by and there is still no solution.

Any ideas? Should I better switch to another Nextcloud offer?
