Hi! I love my murena Nothing phone 
However, after applying the update that came through yesterday, I am no longer able to swtich between my 2 users (utilizadores). I am able to get into the Admin/main user but when I put in the pin code for my secondary user, I get a black screen with one of the arrows (pointing left) at the bottom of the page.
Do I need to delete the user and lose my notes and other data (they were not backed up to the cloud) or is there a fix I can use? I have tried restarting and turning my phone on and off.
A secondary question: I have dual SIMs in my phone - one of them is very patchy in terms of mobile data - I can’t tell whether this is because it is a UK SIM (I have not been able to download apps from the app store with this data network as the account is ‘too young’ even though they are apps for the university I am starting at).
Any tips on resolving these issues would be very welcome. Thank you!
