Murena Pixel tablet broken?

Hi,

I had the chance to buy a new Murena Pixel tablet and was super happy so far

But since yesterday, I cannot turn it on anymore - the device seems to be dead. Here’s what I already tried:

  • Charging with different cables and chargers
  • Keeping the Power button pressed for 10 s
  • Trying to boot into recovery mode (Volume Down + Power button pressed)

Neither are there obvious damages visible from the outside, nor did something “happen” (didn’t get wet, didn’t fall down, etc.)

Do you guys have any further ideas what I might try? Thanks a lot!

PS: I’m on a longer vacation and don’t have access to a computer, i.e. tools like ADB are not an option at the moment (I do only have other Android devices with me).

Until last year, I had a Pixel 3 with a non-unlockable bootloader, i.e. with stock Android. It worked perfectly for two years. From one switch-off to the next switch-on, it was inoperable - dead. Nothing ever happened, no dropping, no water or moisture, only used indoors. I’m not sad, but it wasn’t a good Goolag experience.

Try to press all three buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds. That is also a kind of force shutdown.

Unfortunately, no luck
