Murena webmail: Empty folders can't be deleted

I have an empty folder called Debian User Forums, as can be seen in this screendump (Ingen meddelelser is Danish for No mails)

I want to delete this folder, but when I go to SettingsFolders (Mapper in Danish) and try to delete the folder, I get an error message stating Can’t delete non-empty folder. And indeed, in this view the folder contains 9 kiB of messages:

If I click on the folder to get to the folder details I see this:

According to this view, the size (størrelse) of the folder is 9 kiB and below it states that out of 2 messages zero are unread (ulæst).

You would expect this inconsistency to be a lacking update of the GUI or something like that, but logging out and in again, restarting the browser or even restarting Linux does not solve the problem.

I have also emptied the bin, because maybe some messages in the bin still refers to the folder. But that doesn’t help either. So my question is:

How do I truly empty the folder so I can delete it?

Anyone, am I the only person who is unable to delete folders in Murena Mail?

@Manoj - any input?

Hi Lars_O,

on the left in EmailFolders go down, down… to the gearwheel

click on it.
On the right side choose your Folder “Mapper” and on the right end there is a dustbin.Click on it and confirm.

Good luck!
