Murena workspace down

What happens? The workspace is still down so why declare 2hours maintenance on Thursday?

On Thursday, September 5 there will be a 2h maintenance on murena.io, from 3:30 to 5:30 UTC (05:30 to 07:30 CEST).

Update: Services are back online.

The Fun-Part is, this happened always when I backup a lot of Files to the cloud. I hope, it is not my fault. :frowning:

And yes… I never finished a full backup :frowning:

This is starting to look a bit silly. What really happend, did the house burn down? It’s well over week now and you just pretend it’s nothing!

This “strategy” does not improve confidence.

I just checked by sending and receiving an email, tried opening documents. It is working on my side. If you could share what you are trying to do and what is the error you are getting it would be easier for us to identify the problem you are referring to.
The service upgrade related downtime will start later today as reported here

Murena.io is down as the upgrade process is still not complete. Will update once it is done.

5:30 UTC was 3 hours ago and murena.io has been out of business for at least a week. What on earth is going on?

Not so. It was out for a while a couple of days ago, and it is down for a system upgrade now, but it was working fine yesterday

If “everybody” can access murena.io and view gallery, files etc, while I can’t???
I really struggle to understand the situation.

From my side murena.com looks perfect but when I try any of the links it ends with a time out.

Mail works but some error messages about sync failures (HTTP 429) of e.g. Contacts and Petsonal appears once or twice a day and has done for months.

Sorry, used wrong protocol. HTTPS responds…
Still it is difficult to understand why I get no response.
Any suggestions?

just a guess… how about a certification error or a wrong DNS route?

When I sync a lot of files, I have mostly the status codes 499, 404, 405 and 500.
The Nextcloud client can’t handle this so, it breaks the complete backup. I created a lot of bug reports, but they say my online provider breaks the connection. :person_shrugging:

I am sorry, this was my mistake!
Switched to cellphone network and it works fine.

Now I only need to understand why my wifi creates problems.

There are some issues with the cloud which the team is working on. @Cyllceaux has raised a few of them in Gitlab. Migration of thousands of user databases across upgrades without data loss is a challenge. At times, we miss some of our deadlines. The team is working on making the process smoother, for all our users.
