I just checked by sending and receiving an email, tried opening documents. It is working on my side. If you could share what you are trying to do and what is the error you are getting it would be easier for us to identify the problem you are referring to.

just a guess… how about a certification error or a wrong DNS route?
When I sync a lot of files, I have mostly the status codes 499, 404, 405 and 500.
The Nextcloud client can’t handle this so, it breaks the complete backup. I created a lot of bug reports, but they say my online provider breaks the connection.

There are some issues with the cloud which the team is working on. @Cyllceaux has raised a few of them in Gitlab. Migration of thousands of user databases across upgrades without data loss is a challenge. At times, we miss some of our deadlines. The team is working on making the process smoother, for all our users.
