This morning my Murena2 did not wakeup. After battery charged, no reboot, no nothing. Trying recover mode (power button & sound) doesn’t run anything. When charging, top diode is on, the only sign of “life”. what could I do ? thanks.
note: I am very happy with M2 !

I had the exact same problem. I found some solutions myself.
Let the phone battery run out completely so it is completely dead. No LEDs etc.
Charge it with a good charger. Its working again.
I seems that the problem CAN be associated with powerbanks. My phone was connected to a powerbank over night when it stopped working. It didnt start up with the powerbank again after the phone was discharged. However the powerbanks work for other items. So it may be some incompatibility with powerbanks, voltage or charge rates. This is however not verified but what I experienced. What counts is that my Murena 2 works again!
