Music playback stuck after skipping forward in queue

I got my FP6 a few weeks back, and have noticed a weird issue with any music player app I have tried: If I skip more than one song in quick succession, the music player seems to be stuck and unable to load the next song.

Most of the players then start looping over the selected queue in rapid succession, which would indicate they cannot open anything. Even if the loop gets back to a song that was playing before, it seems to still be stuck.

I have tested few different apps (stock Music, Musicolet, Auxio, Booming Music); they all behave the same, which leads me to think this is a system-level issue. Most of them were silent, but Booming music actually showed an error code: ERROR_CODE_AUDIO_TRACK_INIT_FAILED.

The issue will clear itself once I don’t try to play anything for a while. I can then start playback, but as soon as I try to skip, it manifests again.

Any tips, or better place(s) for me to report the bug?

After posting here, I combed through various settings some more, at it looks like the issue was actually somewhere in the Bluetooth stack. I had “LE Audio” enabled for the headphones that I was using; and after turning that off, the issue went away.

Hopefully someone else can benefit from this observation as well. :slight_smile:
