I tried installing and using my Chevrolet app. It won’t even log me in, please allow the settings for this app to work! Thanks

Do you have “Advanced Privacy” features active?

If so: switch AP off in system settings, reboot the phone and try log in again

Also worth the try:

  • empty cache of app (system settings - apps …)
  • uninstall and reinstall the app

Yes tried all that. Still comes with an error. The app however works fine on iphone

I presume all required permissions are granted (?)
contact app-developper/chevrolet and ask for support

Can you take a screenshot of that error??

But usual app on usual android works fine as well as on ios

Thought so, yes.
The provider of the app should best case be able to tell what the problem might be or what exactly is required on the OS-side for the app to function. And that info might help find a solution (and tell whether there can be a solution for that app in eOS at all.)
