I have a new Murena Fairphone 5.
I have Murena E-mail (xxxxxx@murena.io) but I also want my previous E-mail added to Murena.
The old email is a POP xxxxxxxx@koping.net, I have tried to add the old email three times but get a rejection message.
Can you help me with this with a description of what the reason could be, and a description of what I should do.
I can only assume that your credentials and/or parameters are in some way not the correct ones as it should be pretty straightforward to integrate a pop3 mail account…
When you add the account in the mail app - do you get the message that a configuration was found after entering the mail adress (automatic configuration where only the password needs to be entered …I assume you may still need to manually change from automatic imap/smtp over to pop3… ) or is this where it already ends with rejection?
Have you doublechecked server details etc. with your mail provider?
