I was talking on the phone and the flashlight came on by itself. Then I was unable to use the screen to do anything. I finished the call and was unable to hang up.
the phone did not respond to the buttons or on the screen. I took out the sim card and nothing changed. The battery charge was approximately 60% at time of death.
I had run the two updates yesterday and was happy that the calendar started working. I sent an alarm for about the time of death of my phone. Could this have killed it?
Needless to say I need my phone. It is an S9 from E if it matters.
Also, it takes approximately 4 hours to charge. Is that normal?
