The integrated Internet tile was a change in the base of all Android.
If you liked the separate tiles for Wi-Fi and Mobile data better, they are still available: Just swipe the quick settings all the way down, hit the pencil icon at the bottom to edit them and put the separate Wi-Fi and Mobile data tiles back up top instead of the integrated Internet tile. Voilá.
