The top line of your image from /e/OS dev dre download includes 4 items:
e-2.1-t-20240605406922-dev-dre.zip [MD5 | SHA256] - recovery-IMG-e-2.1-t-20240605406922-dev-dre.zip
That is the ROM | MD5 | SHA256 and the recovery image.
My bad. Iotally missed build and recovery downloads are on the same row.
