What kind account are you using ? /e/ account ? nextcloud on another server ? maybe self hosted ? or even at home ?
It seems that you don’t have an e account. So you can’t access thev e.drive.
If you want connect to another nextcloud server you can go to.‘accounts’ and add a new WebDav account wuth the creditantials of your nextcloud server
