Is Netflix a no go on E/os?

Installs fine for me from App Lounge. The last time I had that message I needed to log out and back in again to App Lounge (I use the anonymous account)

Thanks, just tried that, restarted the phone but still same error. Could it have anything to do with the bootloader being unlocked?

Sorry I don’t have the technical knowledge or experience to answer that. Hopefully some one will reply and provide a better answer

Unlocked bootloader is not an issue, else almost no one could watch it.

What version of netflix is it?

It’s the one from the app lounge; Version 9.4.1 build 4 62196

I got the same version but installed it with Aurora on a community 2.7-t.

What is your e/OS/ version?

I had Netflix issues on my Pixel 4a when it was on ‘stable R’ like 2 years ago, no one else had that issue.

Haha, your phone is trying to do you a favor. I get the ads version for free with my cell provider and I still don’t want it. They also give me Apple TV for free and I’m loving that, no ads.

OS is 2.8-t-20250219470165-official-FP5

Think the error is due to the play store play protect not being certified after looking on Netflix website.

And you interject this unsolicited promotional message with no sense of irony?

Did it work before? I mean on v2.7?

I never tried it on the previous version. I am very new to all this. I installed e/os for the first time three days ago (2.7) and updated to 2.8 yesterday.
