New recovery email

Continuing the discussion from Set up a Murena Workspace recovery email:

@Manoj

OK simple and painless. I now have a new Protonmail recovery email to use. How do I replace the outlook one and totally get rid of it except for my original purchase records, please?

Thank you for the tip:hugs:

  • Log in to the Murena workspace .
  • On the top right you would see your profile icon as initials, click it, select Settings
  • In the menu on the left side select Security
  • In the screen that will open up put the new recovery email >> there is a button below which says ‘Change Recovery Email’ click it and verify the new recovery email.

@Manoj

Apologies, Manoj, I overreacted and thank you for the replace recovery email info. Gillian

@Manoj There was a phone backup code sent to me in June 2025. Is there any point in keeping it now? It began 91…

Observation: After the upgrade to v3.5

many of the updates previously made to my phone disappeared. Even the most recent help I received from support regarding my account history is gone again.

Keep the backup codes. Unless you generate a new one using the method given here, do not discard the backup codes.

To get Backup codes on Murena cloud

  • Log in to the Murena workspace .
  • On the top right you would see your profile icon as initials, click it, select Settings
  • In the menu on the left side select Security
  • In the screen that will open up there is a section Backup code which gives you the option to regenerate.

You mentioned updates made to the phone disappeared. Are you mentioning about bugs fixed or some information that was saved.

Thank you.

Both, previous fixes to problems in settings. Also, my recent tickets with Shenol and Mona. She sent me images of all my invoices. When you go to workspace or my account today, all empty no orders, no subscriptions. Maybe because they were originally connected to my Outlook email account, and we disconnected it…. Were there two accounts because of the replacement phone?

received your subscription renewal order #503629, and it is now being processed:

@Manoj can you edit my feedback on V3.4?

Shenol insists it is a Murena One. Maybe I dug too deep on phone markings and caused all this …now my Bluetooth won’t work

You can add a new post with the updates on the 3.4 thread and link it to the previous one.

OK thank you. My workspace is becoming more and more functional…and fun.
