I have a 20 GB plan that i’ve bought in the black friday deals and was trying to set up the Nexcloud client on Linux Mint but i got the follow message “Access from the Nextcloud clients is blocket”. Can any one help. Thank you

@rui.chambel did you have the account for a longer time and added the 20gb plan later, or is it newly registered with the bf deal?
if the latter, fill this checkmark in the web settings (and ping support that the default of this checkbox should be ‘checked’ for new accounts):
