Can I setup another Nextcloud in parallel to the Murena one?

Yes you can.
You can do it with nextcloud client and/or with the account manager of e/os/.
The nextcloud client will give you access to the files and the accountmanager gives access to contacts and calendars.
In some case - i don’t know why - it could be necessary to install davx instead of using the accountmanager.
