Hi, I have been trying for over a week to get hold of return details for my handset I bought recently. I have emailed both helpdesks from my order/ payment address and my Murena email account. No replies to either contact attempt. This is very concerning since Murena claims to ‘care’ about it’s users. Any help sorting this out would be appreciated.

And return the phone to the address on the invoice.
