No mobile data connection with e-sim on Pixel 7a

Hello

i hope this is the right place to report my problem.

I tried to install 2 different e-sim from two different providers, but cannot get a connection with mobile data. both e-sim provider work with a stock-android and an iPhone.
i checked all the relevant settings with both support-teams, including setting the right APN, reseting mobile network settings, reinstalling both e-sim.

i also updated my Pixel 7a from the latest community-build 2.9 to the latest beta4 of e/os 3.0
Actual Provider, the e-sim i try to get working is Thue-H from Thailand.
any additional information needed?

update:
it was this issue.
solution if no 2nd sim is needed:

  • deactivate both sim
  • deactivate dual sim mode.
  • reactivte esim (will be on SimSlot 1 instead of 2)
