No mobile data without VPN

Hi,

For the past few weeks I’ve been unable to use 4G on my FP5 without being connected to a VPN, like there’s some kind of kill switch only on mobile data (it works fine in wifi). I use Proton VPN, the kill switch toggle’s obviously off, I’ve uninstalled the app, reset network settings… nothing seems to work. This is driving me crazy. Have I missed something?
