The solution: the sim-provider Proximus(Belgium) Has performed a reset of the profile ,and after a restart mobile data was back

This was e-sim. The other simcard has now no mobile internet :frowning:

No mobile internet on both sims after upgrade tov3.3

First, check if your APN settings are still correct.

If it happens that an upgrade upsets apn, (twice) it should be made Report an issue as the system changed and devs may find the need to make “changes by region”.

the sim-provider Proximus(Belgium) any potential dev’s “new changes” will need to be carrier specific.

I again have no mobile data on the eSIM (Proximus) and on the SIM card I only have LTE. I no longer know since when.

Troubleshooting tips

One would hope that the APN data will match

  • on your SIM card,
  • provided on /e/OS install and
  • your carrier’s latest APN.

APN will likely fail if the SIM card data cannot be updated to exact current values.

In case of difficulties one can ask the carrier to do an APN reset OTA.

If you encounter issues while setting APN, consider the following steps:

Reset to Default:
Navigate to APN settings, tap on top right 3 dot menu, and select Reset to default.

Activate Airplane Mode:
Enable Airplane mode, wait for a few seconds, and then disable it to refresh the network settings.

Remove SIM Card:
Remove the SIM card, navigate to APN settings, make changes, reinsert the SIM, and restart the device.

Restart Device:
Restart your phone while connected to Wi-Fi to refresh the network settings.

Thanks but nothing helps. Everything stays: eSIM (Proximus) no internet, SIM card (Digi) has LTE.

Last time I reinstalled our OS from scratch and then it worked again."

I hope I don’t have to do that again; I’m asking Proximus for another reset Tuesday

I reopened the issue on GitHub. I hope it will be looked at soon.
