No pop-up for inbound calls and alarm

Hi, this is an expansion of my previous post No on-screen pop-up for inbound calls

When I am already active on the phone and an alarm or inbound call should trigger a popup (pickup or hangup / snooze or switch off) this does not happen. Only after locking the screen and reopening it this sometimes happens.

It is turning rather annoying and I am surprised no other FP4 users seems to have this problem.

BTW: latest version 2.3 of 16082024 but am noticing this problem since 2.1

Don’t see such behavior in my FP4, 2.3 stable (neither before).
I have installed Lawnchair as launcher and, for example, Fossify phone for calls. What apps are you using?
