I ordered a fairphone gen6 and the payment went through but I didn’t get an invoice, confirmation, tracking number, it doesn’t show up in my orders or pre-orders on my account, nothing. I reached out to support and it’s been radio silence for a few days now should I just cancel the charge? Has anyone ever heard of anything like this before? Is the a support number I can call I looked and all I could find was a contact us form but still haven’t heard anything
