I have been trying to contact Murena to return an item and am getting no response. Looking at other posts here and on the fairphone forums, you would think there’s no one receiving the emails submitted to the help desk. I am concerned that my return period is going to run out before I get a reply, if I ever get one at all.
Pl can you share the helpdesk ticket number. With that I can get the team to check and respond. Be assured the return period will not get over just because you did not get a response in time.
