I am using a OnePlus Nord (Avicii) with /e/ OS 3.0.4-s and I’ve noticed there is often no sound accompanying notifications. The settings are such that there should be sounds. Has anyone else had this problem? Are there any known solutions?
I made this issue 11 months ago. And it’s still actual.

When you first pointed this out it seemed to me that on occasion the sound “profile” (non technical expression) on the phone changed with update. So I was for certain missing some notifications as much too quiet.
Now as soon as I miss a notification I select full volume for a while then turn down to mid range. I never tested if reboot would fix.
However I am still not sure if it is your issue.
The problem of my case is: it doesn’t come with an update (or any other determined user action, at least I don’t know such an action until now, perhaps there is indeed one …) – I would still say it comes always on it’s own after a number of days and you can never say when. But I have it for sure after a while, still today. I didn’t try any experiments with the volume keys until now, maybe this could help. Thanks for the hint. A reboot did always solve this.
