No stereo output on Samsung S8

Using /e/OS Applications

When using the music app through headphones I only get sound from the right channel (Multiple headphones used to check)

But using an another app like newpipe sound is correctly coming through left & right channels?

I’ve searched this forum, where there are a few similar topics but nothing that helps me.

Can anyone suggest a fix?

Just an update for anyone suffering from the same problem

I can’t fix it, I found the mono switch in Accessibility settings and toggling that on and off fixes it for one track, but by the next track it’s broke again.

The only solution I have found is by downloading VLC media player which works perfectly
